Our History

Founded in 2020, the Next Generation (Next Gen) provides high-quality, efficient BPO services to support companies to have streamlined operations.

Initially, we focused on telemarketing and appointment setting. Providing a reliable solution for clients wishing to enhance their customer outreach, we expanded our focus with time, moving into customer support, social media listening, and community management, among few others.
